Positive: - Negative: I didn't know how long I'd be in Dubai, so I booked two-day stays. On the day my new reservation was due to start, the doors opened in the morning and then closed while I was sleeping. An hour later, they rang the doorbell and told me to move out. I showed them my new reservation, and they left. They didn't give me any water, coffee, or sugar for the new reservation. They didn't change the towels or clean the apartment. They simply took money for the new reservation and didn't provide any service. This is the first time I've seen this kind of attitude. It's extremely unpleasant. I don't recommend booking this accommodation unless you want to ruin your mood.

Positive: - Negative: The apartment has a pleasant design and, at first glance, seems quite comfortable. But then you see the dirty white rugs, the sofa that's far from fresh, the holes and black stains on the curtains, the extremely slow internet... But the most unpleasant thing is the absolutely indifferent attitude of the apartment staff. They created a team of seven people to ensure my comfortable stay. In fact, they didn't respond to my messages, promised to call back, but never did. Total disregard! If you respect yourself, you'll never stay somewhere where you're deceived and completely ignored.
